Ask for Pre-Treatment instructions ahead of time as some will delay treatment if not followed. Otherwise, I loved Angelina. She was very understanding of my concerns and explained the process and the reason for laser hair removal thoroughly with a kind demeanor. I felt very comfortable with a socially awkward procedure (bikini area lasered). I already recommended them to co-workers.

The type of laser they use is a bit different than what I was used to, which made the treatment a bit more painful. I recommend them to upgrade their equipment asap!
