they did not specify when it had to be redeemed as far as what time of week and month so that was hard. Also they close the facility that was closest to me. Also they had to rearrange my appointment because the teacher wanted a day off. But they were super nice and handled everything very professionally.

Wonderful people to work with and great teachers. This was my daughters first time riding and she loved it. We are planning to continue working with Sacred Cross and having been going to their Piedmont Stables:)

We went to the Oakland Hills barn and the young woman gave my five year old daughter lessons and both trainers were great! I've been riding for thirty five years and felt they knew what they we doing. I was very pleased with them and we have one more lesson left and I plan on checking out the Livermore barn next.

Ashleigh is an extremely experienced horse trainer and very intuitive instructor. She cares about the personal development of her students, both as horsemen and as growing persons. She creates an atmosphere of earned personal responsibility and achievement in horsemanship and relating in respect to the rider's mount and other riders at the barn.

The support and depth of instruction in riding at Sacred Cross is outstanding. It's a lovely place. The only thing I might recommend is warning prospective students like me (over 35) that riding English saddle isn't quite as easy as Western. Being out of shape is a real drag. My fault entirely, but I might have taken it a little easier if I'd known. Still, I wouldn't have missed it and look forward to my remaining lessons.
