It was such a fantastic experience and Gordy did a wonderful job of guiding and continuing the flow of the class. The in depth sweat that I got was fantastic and to feel my unworked muscled "talk to me" the next day was a very fun sensation. Thanks again!

Great, clean studio! Friendly and helpful staff. I was a first time Bikram student, and Catalina was very helpful in clarifying poses and correcting form when needed. It was a challenging workout, and I felt amazing afterwards!! Highly recommend!!
