The clerk in the booth (whre you pay) should NOT be on the phone talking to someone and try to talk to me. I made her hang up! I consider this extremely rude to not focus on me, the customer.

I found the service very convenient and the shuttle drivers very polite and efficient. When we flew into Detroit we only waited 5 minutes and then a shuttle was there to pick us up, with no problems at all and dropped us right at our car.

Typically go to US Parking but really liked not having to lift luggage into shuttle bus. More convenient also.
