Overall GOOD!!! It didn't seem very organized. I called ahead and a lady told me to arrive 15 minutes before the hour, we did then we waited around for 20 minutes for the driver to come then once he came we waited 20 more minutes for another couple.

The service was good. However, it was difficult finding out where to go to find the van upon return to Metro Airport. It would also be good if people could have direct communication with the driver. We had to keep calling the hotel number and she relayed the messages.
