Sunday morning class with Janet was amazing! Id never taken a yoga class and I was blown away at how relaxing yet challenging it was!....The instructor was sweet, approachable and funny! She was a 10 and helped me throughout the class when I gave the "huh?" look! lol
I was shocked by the "work" by body did! Ill be going back to get myself in shape, centered,and balanced! -So excited to have discovered an amazing studio, I'm so comfortable!

Really convenient location to the Vets Highway corridor in Bohemia/Ronkonkoma. Convenient after work classes available.

Bring water and your own mat. Everything else was provided including mats if you need one.
