It is a great location for anyone in the Union county area. It is 5 minutes from my house which is awesome and there are several class options to close from! I have been to two so far, Zumba and Zumba toning and it is effective.

i love the girls they are very kind and friendly. they make the class fun and do-able. class times are flexible and prices are reasonable considering what you get for it. not just a great workout but a fun and friendly atmosphere to do it in.

I really enjoy this class because I 'm guaranteed to burn calories and shed some weight here! The instructors and staff are all really nice and helpful.
