Flowers swaying in the breeze. A toddler’s fleeting grin. Smoke suspended in the air. Lillie Morales-Torres works to capture ephemeral things of beauty with her lens. She's spent the last seven years dedicated to this goal, creating modeling portfolios and high-fashion photo spreads for websites such as Jersey Fashionista, where she now serves as editor. In 2011, she won the first-place prize in a group show at the Casano Community Center Art Gallery for her photography of children. She also creates maternity images that celebrate the beauty of pregnant bellies and wedding shots that celebrate a new union or serve as evidence in lawsuits against the inventor of the Electric Slide.
