The website was not very user friendly and the quality of the items ordered was not as expected. One item was broken and the other items were not packed well and clearly had been bounced around prior to being packed for shipping.

Products of very poor quality. Problems with their website. Did not remember orders placed, even with confirmation #. Had to reorder & half the time ended up with duplicate orders which had to be returned at my expense.

It took forever to get my package, after they had charged my credit card they informed me that they didn't have the one product and instead of putting the money back on my credit card, they gave me a credit for their website. They also sent me the wrong products

I had ordered 3 items and while I received 2 of the items right away, the 3rd item did not. After a few weeks, I called the company and they informed me that the item I had ordered was out of stock and they had refunded me the money. Upon checking my bank account, I found that I had been refunded the money but some type of notification would have been nice so that I wasn't waiting for the item.
