Even though the store was busy, the staff was friendly and helpful.
A lot more expensive than we thought it was going to be- they did give us a free upgrade though

Customer service stunk. It seemed as though it was a bother to have me there. They would rather do nothing than help me. Horrible experience. My lenses scratched right away, but I didn't want to go in and get treated poorly again.
THIS IS A SCAM!!! I waited for a long time, was treated extremely rudely, and had to pay an additional $250. He swiped my credit card immediately and then had me fill out a lot of personal information. I never received my glasses.
Extremely rude staff, inexperienced, empty glasses cases, horrible customer service,
misleading. I went in waiting an got to be assisted. The staff including the doctor were yelLing ar each other in front of customers. They were very tactless and rude.
Previously had untrained sales staff. When double-checking with optician, failed to address needs. THIS time, in and out experience: no problems.
This place has never heard of customer service! After arriving to my appointment and waiting the receptionist informs me that the doctor will not be coming in and that i should reschedule...then after i go there for the second time (and waiting more then 15 min for the doctor to show up) they "say" they will "try" to give me something extra with my purchase in order to make up for having to drive there twice...only to realize that was a lie! I WOULD NOT recommend going there...very bad customer service!
Everything was over priced.
