Great staff when they are there. Rarely ever packed. Had my first training session with Taylor today and it was very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get in shape on your time.

The facilities are nice and it's not crowded, but this location doesn't seem to have it's stuff together when it comes to staffing. I had to go in four times to get my access card.
