I had a great experience. My facial, manicure and pedicure was a nice treat for myself. I was able to sit back and relax and be pampered. Thank you so much!!

Took forever to schedule-but once I got in, it was a superb experience.

Services was great! All the staff and trainees were nice, but just for future thought that the students should be train more on their mani and pedi skills including nail polishing and designing. I just think its absurd that the student doing my mani- pedi have 3 weeks before graduation and yet I was her first attempt of mani- pedi work! In order for students to exceed full potential of beauty, it must be taught and trained to it. Little details makes a big difference. Overall, it was a great experience.

The employees who did our facials were very nice and helpful in suggesting products that we should use. The manicurists were two helpers and were new to the academy, yet they still did a very good job.

The manicure/pedicure was a disappointment. My nails didn't get painted well. And I felt like the girl was trying to get out of the pedicure. I had already been there a long time and did need to get going but all I ended up getting was my toes polished and they looked really bad. I know it's a school and I wasn't expecting perfection but I feel jipped. I had to remove the polish because it looked so bad...on my feet.

If they really cared about their students' learning and improvement, then they would ask for your opinion following your services in private instead of directly in front of the student, when it is uncomfortable to say how it was a disappointment.

It was not a good experience. The front desk girl did not greet us, but walked away. When we finally got her attention she was rude and uninterested. The facial girl was nice. It took over 4 hours. WAY too long. They girls complained the whole time about being there. Complained about everything to us. Every girl around us was complaining to her client or the other students. My nails look horrible. The pedicure tubs did not work. Other than the facial the rest was awful. And even the facial room was freezing and they were out of blankets. I was there at 9 am. Being a cosmetologist myself I was disgusted at the professional level of this place.

Will never go there again. Feel like wasted my money by going there.

The girl that did my facial was very sweet and I could tell that she wanted to do a good job. But the sheet on the bed was so wrinkled it looked like it had sat in dryer all night and put on bed. The beds where so close to the curtains that just walking next to bed opened them up so lack of privacy was an issue. Now about the mani/pedi was awful!! They looked like a first grader painted my nails. Paint was all over the cuticles and skin. She did nothing to the cuticles, she scraped the top of the nails but that was it. Then there was no massage for my feet or hands just put on the scrub and then put on the mask, no massaging. No clipping, horrible filing, paint all over. I won't go back.

Please keep your equipment in good repair and be sure the nail service students have adequate supplies such as toe separators, a wide range of available polish colors, q-tips. Also check with the client at the end to be sure the service turned out well and the work was done professionally.
