Great customer wervice & nai selection colors

It didn't seem as if there was enough staff to accommodate the appts. made. My friend made an appt for 3 of us. Unfortunately 2 cancelled (and called) within 3-4 hours of the appt. I still came but had been removed from the appt book. Kennedy was accommodating and made sure I got in anyway. I upgraded my pedicure to the nicest one available and was enjoying it till the paraffin part. Because the technician was the only one doing pedicures, when another person came in (I don't know if they had an appt or not) my pedicure became rushed. The paraffin was only on for a couple of minutes and then off. From then on the pedicure was really fast. It was great until then. Staff VERY nice though.

I opted for the upgraded pedicure it was fabulous. Luxury at the tiptoes to the knee. Thank you.
