It's a very friendly place. I havent been there for a procedure yet but I went there for a laser hair removal consultation and found the staff very pleasant and the place clean.

I haven't started the laser treatments yet, but I liked the initial consultation and that they give directions on how to treat your skin before and after the treatments, what to expect, etc. Having never had any laser hair removal, it was reassuring to be talked through the process before my first appointment. Now if it only works!
