I was worried about going in after an initial negative experience getting the appointment, even considering not going in at all. I think the person who's in charge of scheduling actually ruins it for Deborah who is an amazing and sweet therapist. The scheduler is flaky and unprofessional. I read reviews of the bathroom being gross, but from seeing the waiting room and the rest of the space, I can't imagine that being true. The place is quite clean, well kept and tastefully decorated. Deborah's massage was wonderful, so I'm glad I did go in.
