Go in ready to workout and open to learn. Oh and it is located in the plaza across from Wal-Mart on the left side not the side where the hair school is... I enjoyed it

Good - a little uncomfortable for a newbie (not exactly the friendliest start with people other than the trainer I was with). But worth it. Would be great if people were asked experience and the introduction was shifted to meet the newbies experience level.

Enjoyed the instructors. They all smiled at me and seemed to have a good sense of humor. Also made me feel like it is okay to make mistakes, they would help me fix them.
