I was a little mislead by there course title. It seemed as if the class was cake baking but we focused on cake decorating. It was a very fun class but I really would have enjoyed the baking portion as well.

I recently went to the bakery breakfast class at Lulu's and had a great time! It was fun and I also learned some delicious new recipes. The owner and instructor shared baking tips throughout the class that I also found really useful. I would go back!

Please offer a pie dough/crust making class. Pie dough is a bigger nightmare than tart dough. I would love to be able to turn out a fantastic pie crust everytime!

The Chef Carlin Breinig was AWESOME!! She was so nice and extremely funny. She made the morning more uplifting and kept everyone entertained and broke the ice very quickly. She waa nice enough to offer answers to any and all of our questiona not specifically pertaining to breakfast baking.

I thought it was a bakery where you could just go in and buy things, but they only bake per order. The macarons were wonderful.
