Maybe we just keep showing up at bad times, but the wait is always horrendous. This last time it was 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen (we were given an 25-30 minute estimate), and then my daughter's trim took 35 minutes. At least her hair came out alright.

The wait takes way too long, they will tell you it will be 30-45 minutes and 1.5 hour later still waiting. This is pretty much expected each visit. Also, the stylists are not that good. You are really paying for all the "glam" in the store.
