I went in for my first class and everyone was amazing. They helped me get registered, showed me around the club and walked me through how the class worked. The class was intense and a lot of fun.

The class was fun and upbeat. The trainer was hilarious which helped keep my energy up to push through the workout. You can't feel defeated if your laughing through the workout. The trainer also moved around helping out with form and technique as needed or when he observed issues. Seems to be a friendly and lighthearted environment focused on getting you a great workout.

Be ready to feel the pain! The warmup is the worst part. Everything else is just miserable if you're as out of shape as I am.

Love this place. Thinking really hard about joining soon? Wish they had no enrollment fees though as their monthly fee is high
