Very good customer service, relaxing, and clean! Sheryl did my facial (excellent) and Shelly took the time to educate and advise me on some skin issues I am having. Prices are reasonable and they offer many services. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have had many facials at many different spas (including the exclusive and overpriced one at the lake), and this one is my favorite by far! I purchased a 30 minute facial and she really packed in a lot of goodness in that 30 minutes. I left feeling wonderfully refreshed and relaxed. And my skin was radiant! She also gave me a recommendation for OTC drugstore products to try out for my dry/combination skin and didn't try to sell me on their spa products, which I appreciate. I will most definitely be back to VIP!
