I called Cindy at Only Nails to set an appointment for myself and my daughter who was coming in town from college. We were also working around my grandson's birthday party. Cindy said she was booked but would take my number and call me if she had any cancellations. She called me a couple of hours later and had worked out a way to see us at a time that worked for us. She is very interested in taking care of her customers to create a loyal clientele. Our experience at the spa was good!

The place is clean. Everybody is friendly.

I scheduled an appointment about 2-3 weeks in advance and very few appointment times were available, as I was told that regular customers had priority. Even though I had an appointment I was seen 1/2 hour past my appointment time. I tried to call the business several times prior to my appointment to clarify the location but no one answered the phone. The pedicure was pretty good except for the 2 cuts I have on my big toe from the person scrubbing my foot to rough.
