I’ve only gone to one class so far and I already love it! There was no music, just instruction. I felt like I could really focus on the present and what I was trying to accomplish. It was a welcome respite from the constant over stimulation and distractions in everyday life. I’d recommend it to anyone who values discipline and focus. Additionally, the other participants were kind and welcoming.
