Get there early - the little kids and families do and there is lots of activity! Instructors are fun, caring, helpful, encouraging. As a "woman of a certain age" I had not been skating in over 20 years. Had a great time! Will sign up for the next class session.

Crazy on the first day. Make sure you arrive early to get name tags and skates if you need them. But, what a great arena! Everyone was friendly, frazzled, but friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with the new skate rentals.
I was not happy with the lack of organization & instruction at the beginning of class time & when the lesson portion ended. Half the kids came off the ice because they didn't know what to do. The instructors should have explained what was happening & stayed in charge of their group.

I enrolled my daughter for a beginner class. The second session we arrived quite late and missed most of the session but an instructor stayed with my daughter during the free skating to help her skating.
The Director is a very nice and accommodating person and helped us. I am happy with the service
