The salt cave is very relaxing and does wonders for my mom's neuropathy pain! We drive 4 hours round trip to make a monthly visit!

The salt cave is amazing!! My mom has horrific pain from neuropathy that is untouched by other means. The salt cave gives her big time relief! I just wish we lived closer but I drive 4 hrs round trip to get her there as often as we can!! Would give it 10 stars if I could!! The

Amazing experience at the Salt Cave. Very relaxing and I felt safe during my meditation. It was a great experience and will be returning!!!

The staff was great.You must remove your shoes. There is salt on the floor so it is difficult to walk on. Wear comfortable close. Bring water with you, so when you are done you can re-hydrate. Also lip gloss.

It can get chilly in there. They provide blankets but dress a little cozy if you get cold easily.
