They were very helpful. I don't know much about eye care stores, being as these were my first pair of glasses, but they were very helpful and expedient.

they said I'll get my glasses in 7-10 days but to date (11 days), I have yet to get either a call or e-mail stating my glasses are ready for pick-up

What I loved about this place is that they were very helpful, friendly, patient, and gave me an honest opinion which helped me make my decision in frame selection.

I felt that the price was so much more than my regular optometrist that I probably paid just as much going there. So--I was disappointed. They couldn't give me an estimate before I went so i couldn't tell if I'd be saving anything or not. They did give me $200 off which brought the cost down closer to what I'm used to paying but it wasn't the big savings that I'd expected.
