Jane was very patient and she explained exactly how the product works and gave me instructions on what to do and what not to do and what to use and what not to use she truly cared about her process and helping you have knowledge of longevity for the product to last in your hair

I don't normally go to a hair stylist. I found Ina Juarez to be thorough in explaining the process of keratin application. She did a great job. I'll be going back in a few months.
