Paul's office set-up surprised me and made me a little uncomfortable because getting to his office left me isolated. I expected a salon type setting. I think he should describe his venue to first-time customers so they aren't surprised like I was.

Just the following: My shoulders and upper back feel better. What I thought was normal before was NOT, and I sincerely hope to visit PBMT at least once every two months. Paul fixed what was wrong with my upper shoulders, and I've not felt THIS good, and THIS normal in at least two years. Thank you, Paul! I adore you!

I arrived at a locked bldg. the door person that answered the intercom informed me I needed to call Mr. Brown directly, I was fortunate to have his phone number with me. Access seemed strange to me.

I wouldn't go here alone very late in the day. It's kind of in a sketchy area, and you have to walk some distance from parking. Paul was great, though!
