About Sacramento Art Classes

Sacramento Art Classes presents visitors with a multitude of avenues in which to express their creativity. Some of the facility’s offerings are especially unique––the mask-making class, for instance, lets adults forge new faces from clay and embellish them with all sorts of extras, including paint, old jewelry, and recyclables. If a particular piece turns out strange or somehow develops the ability to speak, that’s just fine: the facility’s founder and head instructor, Margaret Sarantis, specializes in the unusual. Margaret has led small group art classes for more than a decade. Today, her curriculum ranges from adult classes—such as BYOB painting—to age-appropriate kids classes that help little ones develop confidence and give them the freedom to express themselves.
