Wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
A great experience! The staff are wonderful. I'm looking forward to obtaining my dive certification and joining Scuba World on some of their many scheduled trips!
We purchased the class for our granddaughter in hopes it would discourage her from her then desires to be a Navy diver.
Plan backfired.
The instruction was so well and diving loved so by the instructor, the experiences in class, the pool and open water so positive she loved it!
Enjoyed the Sup lesson.
Very helpful and full of knowledge about the different sports.
Jessica was very helpful in getting us set up for success, she always called me back promptly and was able to answer any questions. She also helped us to load our paddle boards and the front staff was very nice and helpful also! This place does get busy so I would get there early for any kind of rentals.
Had a good experience. The instructors were courteous and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help those that are less comfortable in the water.
Everyone Very nice and attentive
Buyer beware. You get what you pay for barely. There were so many disappointments that I do not have room to list them all. For a sport that could be life threatening very quickly you should not skimp on training.. Spend the money and get trained right! Or you will spend it again.. stay away from Scuba World! I will leave a detailed yelp review to help others not get ripped off.
I didn't like the swim instructor, and neither did my children. They said she was rude and a little bossy, and I agree. I met the owner, nice guy, very nice! She was trying to tell my kids what to do on the first day that was unrelated to swimming, and I instructed them to do something different, and she was like "oh, well you've got to listen to mommy." Yeah that right, so she has no right butting in. Also, these annoying synchronized swimmers kept coming and practicing when they supposedly weren't even on the schedule, and because of that my youngest (3) kept getting water in her face and swallowing it and choking because of all of the waves from them. While she was helping my daughter and another girl, the same age, swim my daughter was on the wall in the water waiting her turn. The swim instructor had a noodle between her and the wall, and I kept seeing my daughters hands slip, and I was worried that she was going to slip in the water, (she didn't have a life vest on) so I got up and went over to the water to help her and the swim instructor said to me "she's ok," but she wasn't, she had her back turned to my daughter while she was helping another child, and didn't see what I saw. So I just ended their lesson early that day. Those incidents were only two, there were more, but I don't want to spend anymore time typing.
