Very nice and prompt young man. we were a little disappointed that a couple of tthe more heavily soiled areas did not come clean, even with pre-treating the areas but that may have just been the carpet.

Great customer service. Came out on an extremely hot day and worked very hard through the heat. Shows up on time and gets done fast. Very personable and nice. Carpet looks great!!
