The Captain Jack is a Gulf War veteran. This redesigned, decommissioned Navy boat has seen a lot of tragedy, which makes it an appropriate vessel for exploring the haunted waters around St. Augustine. The boat carries up to 42 passengers at a time on ghost tours across Matanzas Bay. During 60-minute evening trips, tour-goers learn about the sacred lands of the Timucua Indians, the St. Augustine lighthouse, and the numerous fires and raids that made the 450-year-old city what it is today.

I went with my daughter and got A Lot of information about St Augustine along with ghost hauntings in each area of St Augustine but not spooky scary like we thought. But in all we had fun .

This is the worst tour I have ever taken. It is difficult to call and get info. No one answers the phone. Free wine was so bad, I tossed it and so did my girlfriend. Captain Jack was not a tour I would suggest.

It wasn't a decommissioned naval vessel and it's not a ghost tour. All they do is talk about the ghost stories in st.Augustine and drove a circle around the bay. They changed the tour time after the reservation but did not call and had additional fee
