Wear a bikini... It's def. more of a wellness/weight loss place then it is a spa, the sauna was great but very small. I'm 5 9' and my head touched the roof. Saw a 3 pound difference on the scale.

Facilities are clean and convenient. Went for a body wrap and I had my own private room with a sauna and whole body vibration machine in the room!! Fabulous : )
