My eyebrow tech was wonderful!! Her name was Monica I believe, very thorough, professional and sweet! Answered all my questions and made my eyebrows perfect just the way I wanted them! I brought my son with me and between Monica and her wonderful secretary they had him gooing over them with all the love! Such a great place! We left with new best friends and momma had beautiful brows! So satisfied!

I didnt go back for the touchup because I didnt trust that the end result would be anything I wanted to live with semi permanently. The person doing my initial brow visit applied the numbing cream and then left for so long to go smoke that when she returned the effectiveness had begun to wear off and she smelled really bad of cigarettes. Neither the shape or color were as I asked.
