Josh is awesome. Thank you so much for the best work out I've had in a long time. I am a runner and looking for something to build my core and this is perfect. He encourages and motivates the whole time. I love going to class.

This is a great facility, the batting cages work great, its all indoors. Would recommend to everyone.

Recommend improving complimentary bats in cages. Nothing adult baseball in entire selection. Would help bringing some neighbors to the facility.
