I am glad I signed up for the bootcamp; Robyn is a fitness champ and shares simple, basic yet highly effective movements that will make your muscles remind you of her the next day. After attending the orientation, Robyn followed up with a phone call asking on my preferences .. have no other bootcamp trainer take that personal interest. She is friendly, gets you started easy and then the sweat starts dripping. I, personally highly recommend this bootcamp if you are serious about getting a kick start to your regime injury-free.

Disgusting place dirty old run-down garage NOTHING like pictured on the website. Rude degrading Robyne Arrow treated me very badly
