SCF is a great place to go train and start a new lifestyle! Coach Andrew is awesome, he’s so supportive and motivate you to believe in yourself! The athletic team make you feel like you belong . 100% recommended!

My fist class was awesome 🤩 Andrew was very helpful and by my side the whole time it is like having a personal trainer to yourself teaching you what to do so you don’t get hurt. Will continue to go and recommend this to everyone looking to start a work out routine from 0😅 💪
