Allie is an AMAZING Fundamentals teacher! This experience was bomb.com and I can't wait to go back! Such a beautiful art form and great for my body, the stretching and strength conditioning is wonderful.

10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone! The staff does a great job of adjusting classes to accommodate those of all fitness levels and everyone is SO friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I love it so much I’m purchasing a monthly membership to go twice a week! Thank you Melissa for some amazing classes!

Amazing experience. Every aerial yoga is step by step. I am a beginner and I could do the poses on the silk with some help. I will be going back
