The company contacted me to move up my appt and it was completed in about 30-40 minutes. I have an old AC unit that is still working but the tech said it was on is last leg and made some recommendations of what to watch for. Social financing and protective equipment were a priority which I greatly appreciated. I would work with this company again.

William was on time, informed me of the life expectancy of my furnace and was very personable. This was for a tune up. I will use western heating & cooling again and recommend them to others.
