Problem area wasn't completely taken care of so went back in and ended up paying more and area still not any better from the first time. Felt very rushed and then was blamed for Botox not working properly when I have been getting Botox for the past 5 plus years and never had a problem in the past where the Botox hasn't worked right.

I am not pleased with the results in mimizing forehead wrinkles I called out specifically. In addition, the injections caused bruising, of which I have never experienced in my previous five Botox appointments at other places.

I went in for Botox but she recommended doing Juvederm instead. I now have a badly bumpy forehead that requires alot of cover up. She also said she would be checking in with me in a couple days and so far (5 days later) has not done so.
