This was my first infrared wrap - didn’t have much expectation. I was happily greeted by Hannah and she took time to describe the process and benefits of this treatment. I’m glad she told me to wear sweats & I added in my neoprene gym waist trainer. After about 15 minutes I really started to sweat! I took the hour and enjoyed some tunes & shut eye - mom heaven! Can’t wait to go again!
