the woman who helped us with frames for 4 pictures was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and patient. wish I coudl remember her name. Because of her, I will go back with more framing needs from that location.

I do counted cross stitch and have had many of my pieces framed there. I used to go to Michael's frame shop, but have switched. Unless you can catch a good sale there, Great Frame Up does a better job.

They were incredibly patient and helpful in guiding us through the process of picking out the perfect frame for our print. They also turned our project around more quickly than we anticipated! I would love to work with them again.
