Went in for a full highlight and received more of a partial (less than half my head was done). While the girl who completed my service was professional and kind, my highlights ended up really brassy and started about 3" from the root of my hair, making it look as though I was already in need of maintenance. While they are students and I do understand, I still had to go home and re-bleach and tone.

Paraffin wax was messy and left all over my hands and the towel throughout the remaining service. Nails were filed unevenly. Nail polish application was sloppy, was left on my cuticles and did not cover the tips of my nails fully. On the plus size they let you pick a bottle of OPI nail polish to take home with you.
