I went from long hair to short, and I have very thick hair. Patrick was great! He took his time and was attentive to my concerns. He didn't rush at the end, even though my hair takes longer than most, because of the thickness. I really appreciated his time and care. My hair turned out great, and he encouraged me to let him know if it needed any tweaking after I washed it and lived with it. I'm very happy!

Patrick fixed a botched balayage I had come in with. He did a great job making it softer, blended, and not brassy.
