We were concerned after reading some of the reviews. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Alex and his team were extremely helpful and friendly. They were really busy, but kept patient and calm even with guests who took forever to make decisions. During the phone reservation, Alex answered all of my questions. He was forthcoming with the info on cost of gas and insurance etc. Upon arrival, they let us know they were running a bit behind; offered suggestions for local places to eat etc. They kept an eye on the weather....let us know where to go and what to look for. The staff took the time to explain details to my 12 year old nervous daughter...helped us every step of the way. In a day and age where customer service often falls short...our experience with Lottoboat has earned them repeat customers here!! Bravo Lottoboat!!

We had a great time at Lottoboat. They let us out to the ocean for jet skiing with no limitations on speeds or directions. John was excellent. He made sure the weather was safe before sending us out and ensure we had a great time enjoying the sport. Highly recommended.

This was my first time and I will be renting again. It was fun and we got soaked but it was okay because it was a hot day. I didn't want to go back when it was time. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I will be going again soon.
