The receptionist almost ruined our afternoon there. She was easily overwhelmed and had difficulty resolving a moderate problem that came up. The service providers were excellent and make the upscale prices worthwhile.

Tranquility Spa is a lovely upscale spa with reasonable prices and superb service. The environment is conducive to a relaxing experience, and the staff are consistently professional, courteous, caring and thorough. I have never been anything less than extremely pleased with the services I have received.

Love this spa! You will find true tranquility here as you are wisked away into the lounge for tea, then escorted to your service by your technician. Great experience!
