My husband and two kids, 8 and 5 1/2, loved the trip to America's Stonehedge. All of the employees that they encountered today were super nice. My youngest loved taking pictures in each of stone chambers.

Go with an open mind, even if you don't believe in all the history around it. We had a fun walk in the woods and it was interesting to imagine what all the structures might have been a long time ago.

A flashlight is helpful for viewing deeper chambers and stone glyphs.

Had a fantastic time exploring with friends. We spent almost two hours there. Wear good walking/hiking shoes. A walking stick could be helpful, if you decide to go "off the beaten trail" a bit, but not required.

Go before the leaves fall---the trail is rocky and many roots to trip on if the leaves are down. Very interesting, but make sure to look for the numbered signs and read the info.
