I had the platinum interior and exterior detail done. My car had several missed spots on the outside, kind of like I had gone to a free car wash in a parking lot done by teenagers. The interior was not impressive either. Save your money! Totally not worth it!

I went to pick up my car about an hour ago and I was very disappointed. It looked like I had gone through a $10 automated car wash not $150 detail. The door jams had not been cleaned there was still oil residue around the inside of the gas lid.

Car looked good but smells like something died in it. I don't think I should have to febreze my carpets after just getting them cleaned. Called to ask what could be done about it and was told that it is normal & for $80 it could be extracted again

Windows inside not clean. Back of headrest not cleaned. Wax job did not seem to be well done. Some trim was done really good, other parts were lackluster.
