Never heard of them before. But they were attentive, and I was in and out promptly...both dropping off and picking up. I'll use them for pet boarding every vacation!

LuLu seems to have fun there. She comes home really tired! Employees are very nice and knew her by name the second time we dropped her off. Wish you had a web cam!

I LOVE DOGS R US...and SO do my puppies! I feel like they treat my puppies as if they are the only dogs there...My DOGS are happy to go there..and they are still happy when I picked them up!!!! Customer Service has been GREAT!!!! THANK YOU DOGS R US!!!!

My dogs seemed really happy there and it seems like they had lots of fun playing with all of the other dogs. My only complaint would be they both stunk like urine and were sticky when I picked them up after a week of them staying there. I know I did not pay for grooming but I figured if they were laying in urine that they would at lease be able to be hosed off. I also requested to have their nails trimmed when I dropped them off but that was not done. Other than that they loved it.
