Their phone line was never answered directly by the service department, so a little tip, request to speak to the office mgr to get thru so u can schedule an appointment! other than that they were easy to work with.

Having to make an appointment was a bit of a pain. Took me almost three weeks before my schedule would allow me to get in (I work a chaotic schedule that often changes)
