This place is awesome. Dalene is a great instructor. Try this type of yoga - its very different, but your hips and spine will feel so de-compressed... they will thank you! And don't worry about the hammock falling - they can support up to 800 lbs, so they can support anyone. Great for men and women! :)

I love how easy you make it to sign up for classes, take different classes from from different teachers, great direction for what to wear and everyone was nice!

I loved this class. It was so much stinkin fun. I have done yoga a lot in the past and this was just a whole new yoga type experience. I will totally keep going there.

Loved the experience, have recommended to many friends. The music class in a different room iis a little distracting to the mood of the anti-gravity yoga class.
